After spending years being a gym person, Muhammad Saad was introduced to yoga by his mother (Samia Aslam), a decade old yoga practitioner. The first ever session he took at Cloud 9 Wellness Studio, opened up a new horizon in his mind on physical needs of the body and the connection of the soul with super soul. The coordination of breath with the movement of the body and the awareness it creates changed him tremendously and that’s where he decided to take a step further and became a yoga teacher.
In the beginning of 2019, he completed his 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Training from Samma Karuna, Thailand, Lead teacher (Doni Islamov) and did 300 hours Sanatan Yoga from Nepal Yoga Academy under the supervision of Dr. Chintamani Gautam (PhD in Yoga Sciences). Learning from such great Gurus and having such a diversified knowledge on the discipline, from the real essence of yoga philosophy, mudra-bandhas, pranayama to advanced ashtanga, meditation and therapy, he considers himself very fortunate for the wisdom they all have shared. Saad has a firm grip on Alignment and Adjustment based yoga, Vinyasa/Gentle flow and Pranayama (Breath Control Exercises).
Through his sessions he wishes to aware the community at large about the importance of breath & how it helps us to be in the present moment, the moment where everything synchronizes perfectly. No thoughts about the future and no remembering of the past, the moment you create for yourself and the space where you find the real peace and tranquility.
